The Braves tonight once again took the lead in the first inning.
Braves pitcher Mike Foltynewicz pitched fine except for two pitches in the 3rd inning. Tyler Saladino hit a two run homer and Jesus Aguilar hit a three run homer. Other that the 3rd inning he pitched a great game.
The Braves offense came back in the seventh with three runs but should have scored more.
The play that really hurt the Braves was in the ninth inning. Dansby Swanson was on first and tried to steal second and was called out. The Braves challenged the call but lost the challenge. In my opinion he looked safe!
Ronald Acuna Jr. is not sure whether he will play tomorrow. Acuna Jr. said, “I understand and I don’t think it’s anything serious.” The Braves took him out just to be cautious so he would not make the injury any worse.
The Braves outhit the Brewers 9 to 7. But where it counts the Brewers had one more run to have the victory tonight.

First Inning:
Leading off for the Braves is CF Ender Inciarte. With a 3-2 count Inciarte leads off the game with a walk. With a runner on first 2B Ozzie Albies hits a line drive down the left field line for a double. Then the ball gets away that allows Inciarte to score on the error and Albies gets thrown out trying to advance to third Base. 1B Freddie Freeman hits a line drive down the first base line and then a fan reaches out and touches the ball for a ground rule double. RF Nick Markakis flies out to CF Christian Yelich for the second out. With two outs C Kurt Suzuki on a 3-2 count hits a fly ball to RF Eric Thames who makes a diving catch for the third out of the inning. Brewers pitcher Freddy Peralta gives up one run on thirty pitches. Braves lead the Brewers 1-0!

Then LF Ryan Braun hits a long fly ball to CF Ender Enciarte who makes a great running catch to record the second out. 2B Brad Miller also hit a long fly ball to CF and Ender Inciarte makes a great catch up against the wall for the final out of the inning. Pinch hitter Danny Santana with runners on second and third strikes out swinging for the first out of the inning.
