What a game for Ronald Acuna Jr.
Braves manager Brian Snitker put Acuna Jr at lead off and all he did was go 3 for 4 with a HR and two stolen bases.
Anibal Sanchez was a little rusty in the first two innings but settled down to give up only 3 runs.
In the bottom of the second Sanchez got out of a bases loaded and one out jam.
Final line on Sanchez: IP: 6 | H: 6 | R: 3 | BB: 3 | K: 8 | HR: 2.
On the injury front, Ozzie Albies was removed from the game a a precaution due to right hamstring tightness in the top of the third inning.
After the game, manager Brian Snitker said he did not want to take any chances.
He also said he would let him get treatment and rest him a few games.
This was a great win for the Braves to start off with after the all-star break.
From the beginning of the game you could see the excitement and enthusiasm of Acuna Jr and Albies that just trickled down to the entire team.
